Ali is the heart behind Lena Jane + Company. She’s the smiling face you’ll often see in the store, modeling new arrivals, answering messages, planning events, and packing online orders.

As a wife, mom, boutique owner, and community cheerleader, Ali is passionate about helping women feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. She believes getting dressed should help you feel put together without adding more stress to your day—and she’ll always have a soft spot for comfy jeans and a good graphic tee.

Heidi — Ali’s Right Hand

Heidi may be one of the newer faces at Lena Jane, but she has quickly become Ali’s right hand.

She works in the store two to three days each week and keeps everything running when Ali can’t be there. Whether she’s helping customers, handling the day-to-day details, or simply stepping in wherever she’s needed, Heidi gives Ali something every small-business owner desperately needs: someone dependable who can truly cover her.

Jorden — Monthly Team Member & Customer Favorite

Jorden may only work about once a month, but her impact is huge! She’s one of those people everyone instantly loves—friendly, stylish, and always ready to hype you up in the fitting room.

Jorden helps customers feel confident and cared for, whether she’s grabbing another size or offering honest fashion advice. Her fun personality and love for all things Lena Jane shine every time she’s in the boutique.

Lena Jane may be Ali’s dream, but it has always been supported by the people she loves most.

Matt — Husband, Supporter & Behind-the-Scenes Helper

Matt helps keep Lena Jane going in all the ways that don’t always make it onto social media. From helping at the register to handling store chores and supporting Ali through every new idea, he’s an important part of the business and the family behind it.

Sonia — Ali’s Mom & Lena Jane Cheerleader

Whether she’s modeling new arrivals or cheering us on from the sidelines, Sonia is a true Lena Jane MVP. She always shows up with a smile, a kind word, and plenty of encouragement—and she has become a customer favorite during our photoshoots!

Terrie — Ali’s Mother-in-Law & Always-Ready Helper

Terrie is one of the people Ali can count on to step in when she’s needed. She occasionally helps at the store and regularly helps care for the kids, giving Ali the support and flexibility it takes to keep a small business and a busy family moving.

So much of what happens at Lena Jane is made possible by the help customers never see, and Terrie is a big part of that.

Dylan — Junior Shop Girl

At eight years old, Dylan is already learning the family business! She loves coming to the store with her mom on weekends, and she especially enjoys helping customers and putting outfits together.

Don’t be surprised if she offers a styling opinion while you’re shopping—she already knows what she likes and loves being part of the Lena Jane fun!
